Reishi or Ganoderma Lucidum is a millennial fungus from Asia, with multiple properties that improve your health and well-being.

How to consume Reishi?

It is advisable to consume from 1 to 3 grams of powder between meals 2 or 3 times per day. Keep in mind that 1 gram equals to one teaspoon, approximately. It can be mixed with water, juices or infusions. We recommend orange juice due to their great combination of flavors.
